[NFBCS] Document management program

Hello,
I am wondering if any of you have knowledge of a project management program that allows people working on projects, meetings, Board of Directors etc. to  share, store, organize, edit, and easily retrieve documents they are continually working on. This platform would need to be User-friendly to the Mac OS voiceover. Are there any people out there who have used Asana, or anything else? Ideas other than Google would be very helpful.
