Hey Nicole,

It's a little unclear what you're looking for.  From your description, it sounds like you're just looking for an option to chat?  Something like iMessages, FB messenger, WhatsApp, twitter, Mastodon, or even IRC? The downside to these is that everyone needs to be on the same chat service.
