You are probably thinking of audio eye. It might work for automated checking
of core requirements of WCAG. However, it doesn't give any advice on those
points that require manual intervention.

A friend of mine is building a website, mostly using canned code.  She told
me there's an extension she can get that says it creates better
accessibility, and asked me if it actually works.  I told her I didn't think
so, but I'd ask.  

Is it a good thing, or just window dressing?
