Not that I know of!
I'm looking for something as well.  Figma and similar products are seriously
graphical and just trying to get access to comments is not easy.

Hello,
At my internship, the graphic design team is using Figma to create
prototypes for websites. I am responsible for building the sites, but Figma
is not accessible with JAWS or NVDA as far as I can tell. I also tried Adobe
XD, with similar results.
Is there a program that can read XD, Figma, or SVG files in an accessible
way?
