[NFBCS] Making dates all same length in Excel

Thanks.  That was exactly what I needed, and now I know how to do it.

Applications key on the cell and you land in number of the format cells dialog, go down to date and tell it what you want. Select all cells that you want before you apply the format

Does anyone know how to make all dates the same length in Excel, so that, when I convert an Excel file to .csv or some other format, the delimitors are all in the same place?

For example, I want 2/4/2023 to come out as 02/04/2023, so that the delimitor is in the same place as it is for 11/25/2022.
