The hotel itself does not have a shuttle.

The distance between the Hilton and Hobby is about 9 miles and about $30 for cab fare.

The distance between the Hilton and intercontinental is about 20 miles with a $55 cab fare.

In short, pick the airport that gives you the best flight.
