[NFBCS] Duxbury drops characters

I'm using DBT V11 (Yeah, I know it's old, but it serves my purposes).

When importing a plain text file (formatted Windows, *or MSDOS, Literary or Textbook)
The program drops a character in column 201 of the input text, though not on every line.

Any suggestions?
