[NFBCS] Moving my email, and setting up a Wordpress website?

Good morning Mr. Littlefield, my bigger question is this. I am looking for a tool software that is accessible, that will allow me to build this WordPress site.

Or is it better to get rid of all of the WordPress stuff, and use what tool. I learned some Drupal in grad school. But I don’t know if triple where is the right option. Since it is a personal website.

Any good suggestions from anyone?

Please be aware that I am dictating this to my phone. Because I have a hidden disability, in addition to being deaf blind. It is a written expression disorder. Think of it this way, it’s dyslexia of writing. I can read it just fine. 

PS the reason why I am going to eventually abandon this email address is the company that I pay a.k.a. have paid to host just this email box goes down. It seems anyway since the beginning of the year or at least once for a period of time. And the last time went down for almost 27 hours. Therefore, I’m probably not going to be renewing my Subscription to this company at the end of this year, but going to the email and domain name that I mentioned in my original post. I hope that clears any potential questions up. Everyone enjoy the rest of your Sunday. I will look forward to reading the responses on the list.
