hello. If you're talking about a virtual server running on AWS and you want to change things on
that server, then, yes, you can ssh in and make those changes. If, instead, you're talking about
changing something about the AWS acount that provides the service you're using, then the answer
is, probably not. Having said that, depending on the specific AWS service you're wanting to
modify, you may be able to make the change you want using the AWS CLI suite of tools. To use
them, you need a network connected machine which can run python and on which you can install
the AWS CLI tool suite. Next, from the AWS web site, you generate an API key which you give to
the AWS CLI suite so it can access the account you're using. The aWS CLI tool suit is very
capable of doing many many things; its weakness is that its very poorly documented.

If you use Chrome, the AWS web site is fairly accessible for doing most things with your
aWS account, but because Amazon has so many services and they all work differently, it's hard
to know how accessible your task is without knowing which service you want to get to and what
you actually want to change.
