[NFBCS] Possible Mistake and Confusion regarding Microsoft Outlook

You wouldn’t lose access to your Outlook 2019 since it’s a desktop app. 365
subscribers are more likely to be affected, but even here, it’s not likely
to transition right away.

As someone who hates software change, I feel the concern, and yet, the web
interface-like environment may not be all bad. My sense is Microsoft will
provide an array of keystrokes to make the change smoother than we
anticipate.

I feel like developers have this frustrating desire to renovate what may
not always need fixing. It makes sense on some level. You have to keep
things looking fresh to keep charging money. This results in accessibility
concerns for us as the end users, but the silver lining is that we could
have a more consistent experience across platforms. We’ve all had Outlook
act up on us for no legitimate reason. On my main personal computer, I have
to close Outlook, end task on the task manager to completely shut it down,
and restart it just to get it to send and receive emails like normal.
Otherwise it just stops cyncing with my Gmail. Although software will
always have glitches of some variety, I’m optimistic that this move will
help the Outlook developers create a more solid application.
