[NFBCS] How To Sign A PDF

Thanks for your responses, Brian and Tracey! I unfortunately do not
know if this PDF is from adobesign.com. For now, I was able to get
sighted assistance and complete the task but would still appreciate
any tips on independently inputting digital signatures in PDF forms
for the future.
