[NFBCS] Using "Open With' Feature in Windows 11

Leslie:

Assuming you are focused on the PDF file in File Explorer, perform a "copy
as path". In Windows 11, press CTRL+SHIVT+C. In Windows 10, open the context
menu, arrow to that option, and press Enter.

With the path in the clipboard, open Word and press CTRL+F12 to bring up the
Open dialog. Perform a paste with CTRL+V and press Enter.

Hi Ryan:

I get a prompt with two buttons that say "just once or always". They don't
seem to do anything. Then I tab to choose on app on this PC, and that's
where I get lost.
