[NFBCS] Saving an embedded image from an email in Outlook

I've been able to press ctrl+f as if I were going to forward the message,
arrow through the body to the image, and right click on it at that point.

Yes, I've Googled how to do it, but I get no menu when I JAWS-Cursor
right-click on the graphic.

Any suggestions?
