Linda,
I have experienced it from the other side. I have, on several occasions had someone control my screen during a Zoom conversation. It works well. I have not tried controlling someone else's screen so can't speak to the accessibility of the process.
Best Regards,
Michael Hingson

Subject: [NFBCS] controling Someone's Screen in a Zoom Meeting
Hello all. I am Very curious to know if anyone here has ever been able to control someone's screen when they share their screen with you in a Zoom meeting? If so, what was your experience?
Thanks.
