I agree with Ty especially about Wordpress. I use Hootsuite for my podcast network distributions, but I know there are other options.

For a blog, I recommend wordpress. it's already built for that and easier to customize.

For podcasts, you'll want to use something like buzzsprout so that it will push your content to all the networks you want. You can embed/link to individual episodes.
