[NFBCS] introduction and question on jupyter notebooks.

Hello all.
I have been subscribed to the NFB cs email list for a while, but I just
figured out I was not receiving the list emails.
My name is Lucas Nadolskis, I am a PhD student in Computational
Neuroscience in the university of California - Santa Barbara.
My undergrad is in CS and my masters in biomedical engineering, with that I
hope to contribute as much as I can for the list.

I also have a question for anyone using VS code and jupyter notebooks.
I have been having an issue with both NVDA and Jaws when trying to edit my
notebook cell.
Every once in a while the screen reader would freeze, and I will be
thrown to the add code cell toolbar.
However, whenever this happens, it also ends in me not being able to
interact with the notebook until I close vs code and reopen.

I am not sure if I am doing something wrong or if other people have also
observed this behavior, but I thought this was a good place to ask.
