<p class="MsoNormal">Because of a work project, I have the honor of getting familiar with SharePoint online.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I called the Microsoft Windows Accessibility Support Center at 1-800-936-5900.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I got someone on the phone with a surprisingly short wait.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">For the action I was trying to do, I was stuck near a lot of choices and pressing Tab was not getting me to the main content.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">They suggested Ctrl+ F and typing in the name of a file I was looking for.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Since I knew the name of the file I was looking for, this worked okay.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I was able to download a file that I was looking for by toggling the checkbox on.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Then I pressed the right mouse button and pressed enter on download.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This downloaded the file.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The download process suggested Ctrl + J to enter downloads.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Ctrl + J in fact brought the newly downloaded file in focus.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I never figured out how to exit the download dialog, but I was able to verify that the download was successful.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">What other team members are doing in SharePoint is uploading and downloading files and emailing a URL to the folder that contains a newly uploaded file.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Suppose the file I uploaded is called myFile and it is located in a folder called myFolder.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I go to the top level folder and browse until I find myFolder.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">To capture the URL of myFolder, I use an MS Edge shortcut Alt + D.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">This highlights the URL of the current page.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Now I can Ctrl + C and move to my email to peers where I can Ctrl + V to share the URL of the folder.
