--></style></head><body lang=EN-US link=blue vlink="#954F72" style='word-wrap:break-word'><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Hi:</p><p class=MsoNormal>First day signing up:</p><p class=MsoNormal>Allot of buttons not labeled just say button.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Managed to sign up for shared hosting plan but still not sure what features i have, price 1 year was $101 instead of $5 per month so likely accidently picked some add-ons.</p><p class=MsoNormal><i>I managed to s</i>et up an account with password.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Tried to log on to Bluehost next day but no logon form nor link nor button available on bluehost dot com.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Called bluehost phone Service.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Broken English, hard to understand, fellow did not know how to log on using a screen reader n and kept telling me to click the Logon Button on top right of screen, nothing there and tried all kinds of literals in nvda search, nothing and no edit boxes on screen.</p><p class=MsoNormal>After about half an hour, he gave up and sent me a url plugin.</p><p class=MsoNormal>I said ok and asked him to ask designers to make buttons accessible (level 101 accessibility stuff).</p><p class=MsoNormal>Said he would pass on that buttons are not labeled, sure, fine, whatever.</p><p class=MsoNormal>I'm sure nobody ever noticed this over the past umpteen years and already asked to make them labeled.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Anyway, now I have an account and can get to the ink to manage or create a site I think.</p><p class=MsoNormal>WordPress time allocated is up for today, having spent it trying to log on to my account and access site building features.</p><p class=MsoNormal>If this continues, really poor accessibility for the most basic web controls I will ask for a refund.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Cant spend valuable time trying to work around exclusionist technicals instead of getting work done.</p><p class=MsoNormal>If you have a diferent experience or know a better way to logon to my account to work with building a site, let me know.</p><p class=MsoNormal>Richard R.
