The tech said my copy of Outlook might not be installed properly, but it’s working fine. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I tried Google, but got instructions I don’t understand at all and seem to be for a provider and not a user. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I tried installing the certificate, following the prompts, but that didn’t work, either. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I could just keep hitting alt-y twice when I open my mail, but it also seems to be the thing that makes Jaws not automatically read the title and such as I arrow down through my list of messages, and that is rather annoying.
