Ask your email provider to give you the proper parameters for incoming and outgoing servers. The tech said my copy of Outlook might not be installed properly, but it’s working fine. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I tried Google, but got instructions I don’t understand at all and seem to be for a provider and not a user. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I tried installing the certificate, following the prompts, but that didn’t work, either. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I could just keep hitting alt-y twice when I open my mail, but it also seems to be the thing that makes Jaws not automatically read the title and such as I arrow down through my list of messages, and that is rather annoying.
