<p class="MsoNormal">Although I agree with Curtis that your provider should have been able to help, it is hard to get troubleshooting help. One of my original suggestions was to find out what settings your provider says are needed to send and receive email.
If you used another email client before, checking to see what works there is a path to take. Sometimes websites will have instructions for setting up your account manually. I have seen cases before where Microsoft’s automatic process for getting configuration
information isn’t quite right. This could be Outlook’s fault, but it could be that the wrong information is being passed to Outlook as well. Outlook has a number of security settings for both sending and receiving email along with Port settings, and it can
be a challenge to get them all right. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">In my case, if I am getting an error but things still work, I have come to expect that the error will become bigger at whatever time is most inconvenient to me.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">solved my problem. She changed my email server setting from SSL to non-SSL.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoPlainText">And, as I suspected, fixing the certificate error also fixed the problem of<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoPlainText">Jaws not reading message titles, so it really was a kind of disability<o:p></o:p></p>
