For the past several days, when I’ve tried downloading something from a website, it first asks what filename I want to give it or suggests the name it originally has. I save the file, and then it crashes and closes all tabs of Chrome that I have open. I’m back at my JAWS screen or perhaps some other program that’s open.

I checked to see if there might be updates, but I am told I am up to date. I’m thinking it’s not JAWS though. Why would Chrome crash immediately after downloading something?

Thanks for any ideas.

Jim
