<div class="PlainText">Those are good apps if you need to do this outside the classroom, I'm<br>
not sure they'd be allowed there.<br>

One really good thing about the agents not being trained for this is that you can practice with them. They can give you a good description of the diagram, and you can ask questions. You can then use your knowledge from the class to figure out what the diagram
means.<br>
