The device will connect over Bluetooth and USB to the Windows computer and will work with JAWS, but it will not display when NVDA is the screen reader. The devices we tested are Dell Windows computers of various models, managed by LPS. We have tested on an unmanaged device with better luck. Still, I don't know which of our internal settings or applications might be interfering with the interaction between NVDA and the display. This is uncharted waters for me, and I'd be happy to share any and all troubleshooting steps we have tried. Any help or suggestions would be welcome and appreciated.
