Anyone who will be a full time undergraduate or graduate student in California for the 2025 - 2026 academic year is eligible to apply. In addition to the financial support, finalists will attend the National Federation of the Blind of California State Convention from March 14 - 16 in Anaheim. This is a fantastic opportunity to network with blind Californians from many different career paths.
