If you have access to NVDA, see if the site works better. Most likely the developers are using a custom component rather than semantic HTML. If they were using semantic HTML which creates completely accessible sites, you wouldn’t run into this problem. You might contact the technical support people for the site though I doubt they will understand your problem. See what happens. You should then be able to arrow through the list.
