organiza mucha de la logística del Seminario de Washington.

             Haga por favor sus reservaciones de hotel tan pronto cómo sea

posible. Necesitamos tener las reservaciones no más adelante que el 30 de
diciembre

del 2009. Por favor no entre en contacto con el hotel para hacer sus
reservaciones. Yo

             Lo que sigue es la información que necesito tener para que

pueda asegurarle una habitación en el Holiday Inn Capitol.



1.         Su fecha de llegada y de salida.

2.      Nombre y apellido de cualesquiera compañeros de habitación que van a
compartirla

con usted. Si hace la reservación por teléfono, deletree por favor el nombre

y apellido de cada persona que compartirá la habitación. Incluya por favor
la

fecha de llegada y de salida para cada persona.



3.     Especifique por favor si desea tener:



             una habitación para el fumador o no fumador



             Una habitación accesible



             Dos camas, una cama de tamaño queen, o una cama de tamaño king



             Un catre, (habrá una carga de $10 por noche)



4.      Si son Divisiones, (es decir, Estudiantes, Padres de familia,
Comerciantes, Abogados,

etc.) Si desea tener espacio para una reunión, debo tener sus requisitos

para resolver el espacio, no más adelante que el 1 de diciembre del 2009.
Deseamos poder

acomodarlos a todos, y para hacerlo así, debemos tener un montón de

comunicación previa a fín de trabajar con el hotel.



             Por el contrato del hotel, la cancelación individual se

debe hacer por lo menos setenta y dos horas antes de la fecha de la llegada
para evitar

una carga de una noche de cancelación de la habitación, más la carga de
cancelación del impuesto. Debe entrar en contacto

con Lisa Bonder son, o conmigo para realizar cambios a su reservación tan

pronto cómo sea posible a fín de evitar tal cargo.



Las tarifas son $154 por las habitaciones simples, dobles,   triples y
cuádruples

y al precio de la habitación hay que sumar un impuesto a las ventas del 14.5
por ciento por noche. Cuándo llegue

debe estar preparado para cubrir por lo menos la primera noche de su
estancia con

una tarjeta de crédito, o cheque, y después arregla pagar la cuenta

presentando una tarjeta de crédito o un cheque por el resto del costo.



             Recuerde por favor, que el plazo es el 30 de diciembre,

2009. Habrá un número de reuniones especiales durante el seminario,

y usted deseará ver la página Cibernética de la Federación para avisos

especiales. La Gran Reunión será llevada a cabo el

Lunes 1 de febrero del 2009. Ciertamente no quiere faltar a eso.
