Estimados usuarios de NFBNet:

Muchos de ustedes recibieron ayer, varios mensajes de una lista llamada
"NFBNet-Members-List". Algunos otros de ustedes, están recibiendo un
mensaje por primera vez. A continuación se muestra una explicación de por
qué esto es.

Cómo ustedes saben, les enviamos periódicamente mensajes de tipo anuncio,
algunos de los cuales, son de interés para todos, y algunos de los cuales,
son de
interés para los miembros de la Federación, nuestros amigos y nuestros
seguidores. A medida que el
número de listas públicas y privadas ha crecido en el sistema, la
situación en la que un individuo se suscribió a varias listas
comenzó a suceder más y más. Así ,que, si un mensaje ha sido enviado a
varias listas, mucha gente lo recibió varias veces. Esto puede ser
bastante molesto, cómo se pueden imaginar, y sin necesidad, añade a la carga
en el servidor.

A consecuencia, hemos establecido dos listas que se utilizarán, por mí, para
la mayoría de los anuncios de interés para un gran número de personas. La
primera
lista a la que este mensaje se está enviando, se llama
NFBNet-Master-Lists, y se compone de cualquier persona que esté suscrita a
alguna
lista en NFBNet.

La segunda lista se llama NFBNet-Members-List, y se compone de
miembros de las listas iniciadas por filiales estatales de la Federación,
sucursales locales,
divisiones, comités, grupos de afiliados y otras organizaciones directamente
involucradas
en proyectos relacionados con la Federación. Esta es la lista que se
utilizará para la mayoría de
los anuncios.

Ojalá que esto tenga sentido para todos ustedes. Vamos a tratar de no
bombardear con mensajes a sus buzones de correo, pero vamos a seguir
enviando
Mensajes de importancia para la Federación, y nuestras actividades e
intereses.
