La División de Viajes y Turismo de la Federación Nacional de Ciegos va a tener su reunión, el 1 de julio del 2012, en el Salón Peridot, nivel mezzanine del Atrium.

Agenda:

Desde 1:00 pm hasta 1:30 pm: Registro y cuota de $10.00 por persona será recogido en la puerta.

Desde 1:30 pm hasta 2:00 pm: Bienvenida por la Presidente, Cheryl Echevarría, los funcionarios, y
                                  Reunión de Asuntos

Desde 2:00 pm hasta 2:30 pm: Elecciones se llevarán a cabo

Desde 2:30 pm hasta 2:45 pm: Michael May, Sendero Group, uno de los patrocinadores del Bastón Blanco en la
                                  Convención Nacional, va a hacer una presentación

Desde 2:45 pm hasta 3:00 pm: Mark Marvel de Blind Ambitions Group, va a hacer una presentación.

Desde 3:00 pm hasta 4:30 pm: Se Tendrá un Panel de Discusión, tema principal, ¿por qué viajar cuando no se puede
                                  ver:

                                  Robert Leslie Newman, presidente de la División de Escritores
Abordará los problemas en dos niveles, en la ceguera, Consideraciones relativas a, #1 viajes de placer personal y #2 ir como parte de un equipo profesional de educadores que van a compartir el enfoque a la ceguera con los profesionales de diferentes culturas.

                                Karl Smith, Por qué viajar si no se puede ver

                               Cheryl Echevarría, Presidente de la División de Viajes y Turismo
Abordará los problemas para viajar con un perro guía a bordo de los cruceros.

  Meeting of the Travel and Tourism Division of the National Federation of the Blind, will be having it's meeting on July 1st, 2012 in the Peridot Room, Atrium mezzanine. 

  Agenda:

  1:30PM - 2:00pm:  Welcome by President, Cheryl Echevarria and the Officers and Business  
                                   Meeting

  2:00PM - 2:30PM:  Elections will be held

                                   National Convention will be doing a presentation

  2:45PM - 3:00PM:  Mark Marvel of the Blind Ambitions Group, will be doing a presentation.

  3:00PM - 4:30PM:  Will be having a Panel Discussion, Main Topic, why travel when you cannot  
                                   see:

                                   Robert Leslie Newman, President of the Writer's Division
  Will be addressing issues on two levels, Blindness Considerations relating to #1 personal pleasure travel and # 2 Going as part of a professional team of educators who are going to be sharing approach to blindness with the professionals from different cultures.

  Will be addressing issues on traveling with a guide dog on cruise ships and aboard.
