Como todos saben, la Asociación Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, está 
haciendo
la planificación de muchas cosas interesantes en la convención nacional. Lo 
que puedes
No saber, sin embargo, es que nosotros como junta directiva no podemos hacer 
todo nosotros mismos.
Así que, agradecería mucho tu ayuda en hacer que las actividades de la 
Asociación Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, nabs,
¡sean un éxito este año!
 ¿Dónde estaríamos más agradecidos por tu ayuda en dos áreas:
1. Asistencia en la dotación de personal de la mesa de la Asociación 
Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, nabs, que se encontrará en el salón de 
exposiciones.
 Aquí te asociarás con un miembro de la junta directiva de la Asociación 
Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, nabs, en la venta de artículos de la 
Asociación Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, NABS,
y la repartición de literatura de la Asociación Nacional de Estudiantes 
Ciegos, NABS. El horario para las mesas se mira
de esta manera:
 Domingo, 1 de julio:
 turno 1. De 11:00 am a 1:00 pm.
turno 2. de 1:00 pm a 3:00 PM.
Turno 3. De 3:00 a 5:00
Lunes, 2 de julio:
Turno 4: de 8:30 am a 11:00 am.
Turno 5: de 11:00 am a 1:00 pm
Turno 6: de 1:00 pm a 3:00 pm
Turno 7: de 3:00 a 5:00
Martes, 3 de julio:
Turno 8: de 12:00 pm a 1:45 pm
 Turno 9: de 7:00 a 9:00
Miércoles, 4 de julio:
Turno 10: de 12:00 pm a 1:45 pm
Turno 11: de 6:00 a 8:30


Como puedes ver, tenemos once turnos, así que, si me contactas con tu
preferencia, ¡me sentiré más que feliz de programarte en el!

2. Dotación de personal para la recaudación de fondos de la Asociación 
Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, NABS, en la Noche de Monte Carlo. Esto es 
una estupenda
oportunidad de trabajar hombro con hombro con nosotros en la elaboración
de uno de nuestros eventos con más éxito que hacemos. Para ello, será 
necesario tener a:
 Las personas que pueden trabajar un turno temprano (de 7:00 a 9:30
a las personas se les pedirá que sean
a. Un Mariscal.
b. Ayudar a Arreglar para el evento.
c. Repartición en los Juegos de cartas (blackjack, poker, holdemand, y otro 
tipo de juegos)
 También se necesitan trabajadores en turnos nocturnos (9:30 pm a 12:00 am) 
A esas
personas se les pide:
una. Que hagan repartición en los juegos de cartas (blackjack, poker, 
holdemand, y otros juegos de este tipo)
b. Ayuden con el evento de limpieza, y jueguen con el conteo de fichas.

Por favor, avísame en qué turno (s) estás interesado en trabajar
(Salón de exposiciones, Monte Carlo, o ambos). Si quieres Monte Carlo, por 
favor avísame
cuál es el trabajo que te agradaría asumir, si quieres hacer reparticiones,
¿Qué juegos te gustaría tratar (blackjack, póker, holdemand, o de
este tipo de juegos).
 Esta es una estupenda oportunidad para conocer a la junta directiva de la 
Asociación Nacional de Estudiantes Ciegos, NABS, y para nosotros,
llegar a conocerte. Además, esta es una oportunidad igualmente genial para 
ti,
en conocer a un montón de gente nueva y pasar un buen rato al mismo tiempo.

As you all know, the National association of blind students is
planning a lot of exciting things at national convention. What you may
not know however is that we as a board can’t do all of it ourselves.
So we would very much appreciate your help in making the nabs
activities a success this year!
 Where we would most appreciate your assistance is in two areas:
1.  Assistance in staffing the nabs table located in the exhibit hall.
 Here you will be partnered up with a nabs board member selling   nabs
items and handing out nabs literature.  The schedule for tabling looks
like this:
 Sunday, July 1:
 Shift 1. 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Shift 2. 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Shift 3. 3:00p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Monday, July 2:
Shift 4:  8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Shift 5: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Shift 6: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Shift 7: 3:00 p.m. – 5:00p.m.
Tuesday, July 3:
Shift 8: 12 noon – 1:45 p.m.
 Shift 9: 7:00p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, July 4:
Shift 10: 12 noon – 1:45 p.m
Shift 11: 6:00p.m. – 8:30 p.m.


As you can see, we have eleven shifts, so if you contact me with your
preference, I will be more than happy to get you scheduled in!

2. Staffing the nabs Monte Carlo night fund raiser. This is a great
opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with us in putting together
one of our most successful events that we do.  For this we will need:
 Individuals who can work an early shift (7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.  Those
individuals will be asked to either
a. Marshal.
b. Set up for the event
c. Deal card games( blackjack, poker, holdemand other such games)
 We will also need Late shift workers (9:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.)  Those
individuals would be asked to:
a. deal card games (blackjack, poker, holdem and other such games)
b. Assist with event clean- up and playing chip counting.

Please let me know what shift(s) you are interested in working
(exhibit hall, Monte Carlo or both). If Monte Carlo, please let me
know what job you would like to take on, if you would like to deal and
what games you would like to deal (blackjack, poker, holdem or other
such games).
 This is a great opportunity for you to meet the nabs board, and us to
get to know you. As well, this is an equally great opportunity for you
to meet a lot of new people and have some fun at the same time.
