Líderes de Capítulos y divisiones

 

Estamos encantados de invitarlos al SEMINARIO del COMITÉ de MEMBRECÍA:  NUEVAS SOLUCIONES PARA LA GENERACIÓN DE CRECIMIENTO DE NUESTRAS FILIALES Y CAPÍTULOS, Y, ELIMINAR LAS BARRERAS ANTICUADAS.  Se llevará a cabo el martes 2 de julio desde 7:45 hasta 9:00PM en el Salón Signature 2, nivel 2. Ustedes tendrán muchas opciones en cuanto a la manera de pasar la noche del martes, pero si están interesados en un intercambio dinámico de ideas entre los líderes locales de nuestro movimiento, este es el seminario para ustedes. 

 

Debido a que la Federación es un movimiento con base, nutrimiento y crecimiento de nuestros capítulos y divisiones es lo que nos hace prosperar.  Como líderes locales, es importante contar con enfoques de hoy en día para hacer crecer nuestros capítulos, divisiones, y filiales.  Este seminario será IMPULSADO por los PARTICIPANTES, así que por favor envíenos sus comentarios e ideas. 

 

Junto con las discusiones sobre el crecimiento de nuestras filiales mediante capítulos en General, entrando en el mundo de los medios sociales, la importancia de la atención personal, el aumento de nuestros miembros Hispanos y otros temas interesantes, estaremos colectando sus preguntas. Queremos saber que es lo que debe ayudar a responder a sus preguntas sobre el capítulo, las divisiones, y filiales.  Por favor envíeme sus preguntas al jbeecham at nfbco.org antes del 25 de junio.  Voy a estar recopilando las preguntas para el comité, a fin de que podamos estar preparados más eficazmente con las respuestas a sus preguntas.

 

También nos interesa saber qué herramientas y apoyo su capítulo necesita de la oficina nacional, que no está disponible actualmente.  Si tiene alguna sugerencia por anticipado de la convención, favor enviarla al jerniganinstitute at nfb.org .  También puede traer sus ideas consigo a la reunión en Braille en tarjetas.

 

¡Esperamos con placer tenerlos a cada uno de ustedes y sus ideas fabulosas y aportaciones en la reunión! No se olvide de enviarme sus preguntas por correo electrónico! Ya que el crecimiento de capítulos, divisiones, y filiales es vital para la subsistencia de esta organización, considero que es crucial que los capítulos, divisiones, y presidentes de filiales, y u otros capítulos clave, divisiones, y los líderes de filiales asistan.  Voy a estar en la reunión y estoy entusiasmada de escuchar los consejos y trucos que cada uno de ustedes tiene que compartir en el desarrollo de los capítulos.

Chapter and division leaders,

 

We are excited to invite you to the MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE SEMINAR:  NEW GENERATION SOLUTIONS FOR GROWING OUR AFFILIATES AND CHAPTERS-REMOVING OLD BARRIERS.  It will be held on Tuesday, July 2 from 7:45 - 9:00PM in Signature 2 Room, level 2. You will have lots of choices as to how to spend your Tuesday evening, but if you are interested in a dynamic exchange of ideas between local leaders of our movement, this is the seminar for you. 

 

Because the Federation is a grass roots movement, nurturing and growing our chapter and divisions is what makes us thrive.  As local leaders, it is important to have modern day approaches to growing our chapters, divisions, and affiliates.  This seminar will be PARTICIPANT DRIVEN so please send us your input and ideas. 

 

Along with discussions about growing our affiliates through At Large Chapters, entering the world of social media, the importance of personal attention, growing our Hispanic membership, and other exciting topics, we will be collecting YOUR questions.  We want to know what to help answer your questions about chapter, division, and affiliate growth.  Please send your questions to me at jbeecham at nfbco.org by June 25th.  I will be compiling the questions for the committee so that we can be prepared with the most effective answers to your questions. 

 

We are also interested to know what tools and support you our your chapter need from the national office that are not currently available.  If you have suggestions in advance of convention please send them to jerniganinstitute at nfb.org .  You may also bring your ideas with you to the meeting in Braille on index cards. 

 

We look forward to having each of you and your awesome ideas and input in the meeting!  Don't forget to e-mail me your questions!  Because chapter, division, and affiliate growth is vital to the livelihood of this organization, I believe it is crucial that chapter, division, and affiliate presidents and/or other key chapter, division, and affiliate leaders are in attendance.  I will be at the meeting and am excited to hear the chapter development tips and tricks that each of you have to share.
