Hola a todos,
He luchado con los caimanes, ¡y enjaulado los tiburones! Todos ellos están
en camino a Orlando ¡y están esperando el momento de jugar con todos
ustedes!
Por favor, no se olvide de traer su dinero de los patrocinadores o
donaciones ¡o me veré obligada a dejarlos sueltos! Ellos son un grupo
hambriento y sólo pueden ser satisfechos
por un montón de participantes y muchos aficionados animando!
Los premios se entregarán a los participantes que han recaudado la mayor
cantidad de dinero. Así que llegue a sus amigos, vecinos, miembros de la
Federación, ¡y los transeúntes desprevenidos!
Los premios incluyen: Monedas Luis Braille, (donadas por Humanware), una
brújula parlante (donada por E.M. VItu Inc.), un Mac Mini (donado por los

La Organización Nacional de Padres de Niños Ciegos anuncia nuestro primer
TRIATLÓN.
¡Rompamos Barreras! En este evento los participantes nadarán a través de
aguas infestadas de tiburones,
maniobrarán a través de un pantano infestado de cocodrilos, y derribarán las
barreras a la independencia (todo en
el recinto con ningún peligro involucrado). Únase a nosotros para esto,
lleno de diversión ¡para recaudar fondos para la familia
de la ORGANIZACIÓN NACIONAL DE PADRES DE NIÑOS CIEGOS, NOPBC!
Para participar, los niños pueden ir donde sus vecinos, maestros, amigos y
compañeros de trabajo, locales
noticias de la radio, en la medida que se pueda imaginar para conseguir
promesas. Mucha gente va a dar un donativo
en el acto. Escriba promesas y donativos recibidos en la Hoja de Promesas de
Patrocinio.
Incluya una dirección residencial, o dirección de correo electrónico para
que su hijo pueda enviar agradecimientos a
contribuyentes después del evento. Hay una cuota de $5 para participar, que
se recoge en el
evento.

Hello Everyone,
I've wrestled the alligators, and caged the
sharks! They are all on their way to Orlando and
are awaiting the time to play with all of you!
Please do not forget to bring your sponsor money
or donations or I will be forced to let them
loose! They are a hungry bunch and can only be
satisfied by lots of participants and many cheering fans!
Prizes will be given to participants who have
raised the most money. So reach out to your
friends, neighbors, NFB members, and unsuspecting passers by!
Prizes include: Louis Braille coins (donated by
Humanware), a talking compass (donated by E.M.
VItu Inc.), a Mac Mini (donated by Wisconsin
Parents of Blind Children), and assorted other prizes!

BREAKING BARRIERS TRIATHLON

The National Organization of Parents of Blind
Children announces our first-ever
Breaking Barriers Triathlon! In this event
participants will swim through shark-infested waters,
maneuver through an alligator-infested swamp, and
shoot down barriers to independence (all on
the hotel grounds with no danger involved). Join
us for this fun-filled family fundraiser for
NOPBC!
To participate, your kids can go to neighbors,
teachers, your friends and coworkers, local
news radio, wherever you can think of to get
pledges. Many people will give a donation
on the spot. Write down pledges and donations
received on the Sponsor Pledge Sheet.
Include an address or email address so that your child can send thank you's
to
contributors after the event. There is a $5 fee
to participate which will be collected at the
event.
Help raise money for the NOPBC by collecting
pledges and donations. We hope to have prizes
for the top fundraisers. Please bring pledge
sheets and donations to the event. All donations are
