La Subasta Silenciosa de Arte Táctil de la Convención de la Federación 2017

no se pierda esta oportunidad de adquirir una obra de bella arte táctil 
¡y ayudar a la Federación Nacional de Ciegos al mismo tiempo!

Durante nuestra convención nacional de 2017, la Federación Nacional de 
Ciegos llevará a cabo la subasta de dos piezas de arte táctiles para 
beneficio de la Federación. Las descripciones

del arte son como sigue:

. El torso con la rana. Una escultura de terracota creada en 2016 por 
Debbie Kent Stein. Este es un tradicional torso femenino con 
extremidades recortadas. Una rana, que

sobresale del florero agrega una nota de humor. Oferta inicial mínima de 
$120.00.

. El Lobo. Un florero en relieve de dos caras creado en la pizarra por 
Ann Cunningham en 2015. Este lobo está avanzando con su cabeza hacia 
arriba y gira ligeramente a

la izquierda en busca de presas. Oferta inicial mínima de $930.

Asistentes a la convención interesados en ver y hacer una oferta en 
estas hermosas piezas de arte pueden hacerlo dirigiéndose a:

·        Desde el 11 de julio de 11:00 hasta 12:00, y desde 1:00 hasta 
8:30 PM, Pase por ahí en la Sala de Arte. Salón Panzacola Ballroom H-4, 
Nivel 1.

·        Desde el 13 hasta el 15 de julio, en la mesa del Fondo de la 
Imaginación durante la sesión general.

La licitación finalizará a 4:00 PM. el sábado 15 de julio. ¡Prepárese 
para colocar sus ofertas en beneficio de la Federación Nacional de Ciegos!

2017 NFB Convention Tactile Art Silent Auction

Don't miss this opportunity to purchase a piece of beautiful tactile art 
and help the National Federation of the Blind at the same time!

During our 2017 national convention, the National Federation of the 
Blind will be auctioning two pieces of tactile art to benefit the NFB. 
Descriptions of the art are as follows:
·        Torso with Frog. A terra cotta sculpture created in 2016 by 
Debbie Kent Stein. This is a traditional female torso with cropped 
limbs. A frog, peeking out from the base, adds a note of humor. Minimum 
starting bid $120.00.
·        Wolf. A two-sided bas relief created from slate by Ann 
Cunningham in 2015. This wolf is moving forward with its head up and 
turned slightly to the left in search of prey. Minimum starting bid $930.

Convention attendees interested in viewing and bidding on these 
beautiful pieces of art may do so by going to:
·        July 11-12, 1:00 ­ 8:30 PM, Drop-in Art Room, Panzacola 
Ballroom H-4, Level 1
·        July 13­15, at the Imagination Fund table during general session

Bidding will end at 4:00 PM on Saturday, July 15. Get ready to place 
your bids to benefit the National Federation of the Blind!
