Convención

Estimados Compañeros Federacionistas:

A medida que viajas con tu animal de servicio a y desde el Rosen Shingle 
Creek mediante Lyft o Uber, y, a medida que utilizas estos servicios 
para disfrutar de las atracciones y

restaurantes de Orlando, asegúrate de registrar tu experiencia en el 
cuestionario de viajes compartidos de la Federación en línea, en Español:

Como parte de los acuerdos de conciliación con la Federación, con Uber y 
Lyft, la Federación está realizando pruebas para evaluar el grado de 
éxito de ambas compañías que están implementando

nuevas políticas y procedimientos en materia de obligaciones de 
conductores para el transporte de pasajeros con animales de servicio. 
Estamos buscando opiniones sobre

experiencias positivas y negativas de viajes compartidos; por favor, 
tómate un momento para

comunicar tu experiencia.

As you travel with your service animal to and from the Rosen Shingle 
Creek via Lyft or Uber, and as you use these services to experience 
attractions and restaurants in Orlando, make sure to record your 
experience in the NFB’s Rideshare Testing online questionnaire:

part of the NFB’s settlement agreements with Uber and Lyft, the NFB is 
conducting testing to assess how successfully both companies are 
implementing new policies and procedures regarding drivers’ obligations 
to transport riders with service animals. We are seeking feedback 
regarding positive and negative rideshare experiences; please take time
