El Coro de Niños Guatemaltecos Nos Visita en el Instituto Jernigan de la 
Federación Nacional de Ciegos

En consonancia con la temporada navideña, la Federación recientemente 
organizó un coro de niños de Guatemala. El coro Voces de la Luz llegó a 
Washington,

DC, para actuar,

y como estamos tan cerca, los invitamos a todos a visitar el Instituto 
Jernigan de la Federación y al Presidente Riccobono. Los niños y su 
profesor son

todos ciegos y Se realizan tanto en Español como en Inglés. Una de 
nuestras miembras que habla Español, Conchita Hernández, ofreció su 
tiempo como voluntaria

para traducir.

Los niños disfrutaron especialmente el largo bastón blanco de Anil 
Lewis, porque era "muy largo", y la visita para ver las exhibiciones en 
nuestra biblioteca,

con el cohete

siendo el mayor éxito. Para nosotros, lo más destacado de su desempeño 
fue una versión de “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town.” Disfrutamos su canto 
y tu

puedes también hacerlo. El Instituto Jernigan siempre se complace y 
enorgullece de dar la bienvenida a visitantes de todo el mundo.
