con la aprobación de la Ley Pública 109-247, el Congreso autorizó se acuñara
este año 2009, la Moneda Conmemorativa Bicentenaria de Plata </SPAN><SPAN
style="mso-ansi-language: ES-PR; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"
lang=ES-PR>Louis Braille.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="mso-ansi-language: ES-PR" lang=ES-PR>Esta histórica
moneda, la primera moneda acuñada por el Departamento del Tesoro Federal con
Braille táctil legíble, simboliza independencia, oportunidad y el potencial para
que los ciegos contribuyan a la sociedad.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

propósito es elevar el nivel de alfabetización Braille entre los ciegos, y
