Hi, Andy,

Your New Years Day tradition is one we can all completely understand and respect. I know that everyone will miss having you with them for the January 1st gathering.

I will not be back in Jacksonville until Wednesday, Jan. 7th.

Best,

Russ

Oops! I forgot that Thursday is New Year's Day. I always go to church on New Year's Day to pray God's blessing upon me for the New Year, so I won't be attending this particular Chapter event.

Hello again chapter,

I would like to submit my response. I’m sorry it has taken me so long to submit my own response since we have had a lot going on throughout the last few weeks and just got back in to town early this morning, so myI would prefer Option 2 at either IHOP or Keke’s.

We are likely to be in Palm Coast during that time. Might be able to do virtual.

Hello chapter,

I hope this email finds you well. I am finally getting a chance to send this on behalf of the events committee. We had a great time at our holiday gathering last weekend at Mellow Mushroom and missed those of you that were not be able to make it. For those of you that were not at our holiday gathering, it was announced that we would like some input for our next gathering. What is this gathering, you may ask? Well, that’s where you come in. We have a few options for a gathering that will be on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. In the past, the chapter has gone out to eat on New Year’s Day and would like to do something similar and have a few other options that have been suggested to us. Based on the options below, please let us know which one you would like to pick.

Option 1: A virtual gathering on zoom that would occur during the evening of New Year’s Eve.

Option 2: An in-person gathering for breakfast on New Year’s Day at either IHOP, Keke’s, or Dennys.

Option 3: A virtual gathering that would occur on New Year’s Day on zoom.

Whichever option you decide, all of them will have one thing in common; we would like for you to think of an event or event/fundraiser you would like to see the chapter do this year. Please respond to this email with which option you would like to do. We look forward to your responses.

Sincerely,

Fallon Minichiello
