Hello, everyone!

 

I just spoke with Andy by phone. He will be working the Expo and will take the early shift.

 

Here is what I know for now,

 

Russ – 9:00  - 3:00 PM, (including 9:00 AM setup)

Camille – 9:00 - 3:00 PM, (including 9:00 AM setup)

Kaye – 9:00 - 3:00 PM, (including 9:00 AM setup)

Andy – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Anyone else interested in coming down and enjoying the event and promoting our incredible Chapter? Please let us know. Maybe an afternoon shift member or two would be helpful.

 

We’ll be seeing Jose and Adriann at the event, but they are working tables for other organizations.

I hope this email finds you well. For those that are not aware, the chapter will have a table at the ADA Expo on next Saturday, July 26, 2025 which will be at the Prime F. Osborn Convention Center located at 100 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204 from 10:00 AM-3:00 PM with registration from 9:00-10:00 AM. We are looking for volunteers to work the table. Shifts would be two hours, and we prefer 2-3 people per shift. Thank you to those who have already expressed an interest in working the table.
