Good morning to all, Sunrise and Shine Family! 

 

How much time do you spend in the kitchen each day. Some studies show that
most American's spend about 40 minutes each day preparing food and cleaning
up after meals. Frankly, I am skeptical about this estimate. I also will
probably get myself in trouble when I state my opinion that, Blind and
low-vision people might spend a bit more than 40 minutes in the kitchen each
day.

 

On tomorrow's Sunrise and Shine, we'll cover tips and tricks on how to make
your kitchen time more efficient and much more enjoyable. There are ideas to
share and devices to discuss and I can't wait to talk about them.

 

We will most likely have a special guest joining us tomorrow as well.
Jerilynn Higgins, author of the fabulous book, Look Who's in the Kitchen,
has so much to tell us and I know will be able to answer lots of questions.
It will be terrific to have our friend Jerilynn back on 'Rise and Shine
tomorrow morning.

 

If you haven't been to one of our calls before, joining us at 9:00 AM for
coffee or tea will give you a chance to find out what you've been missing.
We always take time for welcoming new guest speakers and participants and
for lots of warmth and laughter.
