[Nfbf-l] Trial Update

Hi NFBF Family,

The trial which was supposed to be this past week was pushed back due to 
the judge being disqualified. He said something he shouldn't have on 
record. The trial in now been re-scheduled for Feb 2, 2009. Michael 
Watts is now back in jail. He was charged last week with tampering with 
a witness in an armed robbery, and assault. Thus his bond was revoked so 
he should be spending a lot of time in jail now.
