[Nfbf-l] Moderators / Attention Please

It is hard to knowfor sure.  Our old server had gotten slow by the 
end, but the new one does a good job of keeping up -- unless it is 
unusually busy.  Any mail message can take a complicated route to get 
here, and there can be problems along the way, so there are many 
places where something could happen.  Then messages occasionally get 
mis-identified as spam etc.
