reappointment and  appointments: 
FLORIDA REHABILITATION  COUNCIL FOR  THE BLIND 
. Dwight Sayer, 58, of Winter Garden,  community  relations manager with MV 
Transportation Inc.,   reappointed for a term beginning October 20, 2008, and

ending August  31,  2011. 
. Paul Edwards, 62, of Miami, director of  department  of access services
with 
Miami Dade College North Campus,   succeeding Michael Taylor, appointed for a

term beginning October  20,  2008, and ending August 31, 2011. 
. Rebecca Forsell, 59, of  Tampa, founder and  executive director of YES! of 
America United  Inc.,  succeeding Doug Hall, appointed for a term beginning 
October  20, 2008 and  ending August 31, 2010. 
. Paul Kaminsky, 61, of  Middleburg, retired,  succeeding Marilyn Palmer, 
appointed for a term  beginning October 20,  2008, and ending August 31,
2011. 
. Jodi  Lamm, 37, of Niceville, special education  preschool teacher within  
Okaloosa County School District, succeeding Joyce  Hildreth,  appointed for a

term beginning October 20, 2008, and ending   August 31, 2010. 
. Bruce Miles, 58, of Marco Island, self-employed   realtor, succeeding Jesus

Garcia, appointed for a term beginning  October  20, 2008, and ending August
