I concur totally with this synopsis , as the time for new technology is
here.In fact it is working to the extent that we have TV Guide on our
Newsline service along with 250 other newspapers that I can read any time
and anywhere I want to. Everyone has a telephone and the access to this
incredible information source is free to all print disabled that qualify for
talking book service.

I suggest we consider a different approach. With the Radio
Service we are limited to the schedule times and content. If the
funds were redirected to NFB Newsline we could greatly enhance
the program which gives us complete independence in choosing when
to read which newspaper and allows us to read from any location,
not just over the receiver they provide. I suggest we seek
transfor of the funds to support Newsline.
