Sounds like a great program. However, I am sorry for being a little off
topic for saying the following.

I would like to point towards a possible error in the sentence "This fall,
the National
Federation of the Blind is going to kick-off an exciting new program
designed to attract both perspective and current teachers into the field
of blindness education. " The word 'perspective' should be replaced with
'prospective'. If we are planning to mass circulate this message, this
correction is advisable.

Regards
