Join Seminars at Hadley on Tuesday,
February 10 at 1 PM CST, 19:00

adaptive technology services at
the Guild for the Blind in
Chicago, will join Hadley's
moderator George Abbott to discuss
features of the Victor Reader
Stream, including the physical
layout of the device, downloading
talking books, and the device's
note taking capabilities. Time for
questions will be provided.

Seminars at Hadley Transcripts
For those unable to access the
audio files, please note
transcripts have been added to the
Past Seminars page of the Hadley
Web site for two of our earlier
seminars. Follow the link to the
Past Seminars page and view the
transcripts for "Harvest the
Benefits of Gardening" and
"Holiday Baking: Stirring it up in
the Kitchen."

Feedback at Hadley: Self Employment
In response to the economic
downturn and rising unemployment
rates, Hadley is considering the
development of a curriculum on
self-employment and
entrepreneurship. We need the
expertise of self-employed
individuals who are blind or
visually impaired and would be
willing to contribute input to
this program. Please let us know
if you are self-employed and able
to serve as a resource by emailing
us at feedback at hadley.edu.

Hadley encourages you to forward
