[Nfbf-l] important correction to video link

Hello again,

I inadvertently sent the old link for the video Braille: Unlocking the Code,
which will no longer work.  NFB did some editing to the first video, and so
they changed the link.  The PSA link is correct, but I'll include it again
in this email for convenience.  I apologize for the mix-up.  I do hope some
of you can use these videos some time this year.
