[Nfbf-l] Outlook compatibility patch

Hi John,

Hmmm, well since it is kind of random here are some questions.  We need to
try to narrow it down.

Do the messages that have this problem seem to come from the same person or
place, or is it just random?

If you press enter to open the message to read it and there seems to be
nothing there what happens if you press escape to close the message and then
press control+r as if to reply.  Can you down arrow past the headers and
read the text then?

Hi Jim,
It is really strange because it is hit and miss, but what happens is the
message body appears blank but the signature line is in tact. I also get
JAWS messages saying there are attachments when there aren't any. I am at a
loss. I have even wondered if I am having font issues, but most senders say
they are using common fonts such as Arial or times new roman.
I will greatly appreciate your help.

Hi John,

I do know of a patch or plug in for allowing people to be able to open
Office 2007 documents in earlier versions of Office programs such as Excel
or Word.  I am not sure if it also covers Outlook though so I'll have to
investigate that.  Can you describe for me what kind of problem you are
having?  For example, can you read the message but parts of it seem to be
missing, or is it not readable at all.  I used to use Outlook 2003 and I was
able to read messages from Outlook 2007 fine.  I am now using Outlook 2007
so hopefully you will be able to read this message.

I am using Outlook 2002 and have been experiencing difficulties in getting
emails from Outlook 2007 users and was told that there is a compatibility
patch, does anyone know where to find this patch? This is probably a Jim
