[Nfbf-l] Open Plea: Trial Update

Dear All,
    I wasnt' sure what was meant by "an open plea"; so, I did some research! 
According to www.Wiki.answers.com, an open plea is when a defendant pleads 
guilty to a charge with no agreement regarding punishment.
