[Nfbf-l] Chapter Bi-laws

Hello Holly,

There is actually a model constitution that you can go by and normally each
chapter creates their own constitution or bi-laws.  A few years ago here in
the Pinellas chapter we formed a committee to go over the model constitution
and created one of our own which was submitted to the state board for
approval.  I believe that it must be read at least twice before the chapter
for approval prior to sending it off to the state for final approval.  If I
can be of help please let me know.
