Our latest newsletter and pre-registration for the Parents' seminars are now posted on the website at www.nfbflorida.org/parents, along with our blanket sale back by popular demand.
We are asking that anyone choosing to use Kids Convention (ages 1 year -13 years) for childcare purposes or Teen Time (13 and up) please register them by May 1. We want to ensure sufficient workers for the children, and plenty of materials and activities for the children and teens. We have paid workers for the children, adults will check in on the teens periodically. Childcare is covered by the pre-registration to the parents' seminars. However, if you'd rather not register for parents' seminars, then we are asking for a $25 donation to help cover costs. You'll see that on the form.
Both Kids Convention and Teen Time will have some scheduled activities, as well as games, books, videos, etc. to entertain. Cooking Without Looking will help them prepare their own lunch on Saturday.
Could we get the newsletter posted on Newsline as well?
Thanks!
